Refund Policy

Lendingebook credits are purchased in order to borrow books. If you do not wish to lend books in order to gain the credits you need to borrow books you can buy credits. Credits cannot be refunded because they are purchased with the understanding that you are buying them to make requests. Since we do not have an effective way to gauge whether you have used the credits you purchased to borrow books, we are unable to refund credits.

Credits purchases are made via PAYPAL and as long as you have an account you can buy credits. If you make a double purchase by mistake please contact us as sales@lendingebook.com
